Drawing machine

We have independent drawing equipment and the output reach 6tons per day. Such specifications as tenacity, flexible could reach the international standards. Tufting machine

We purchase the tufting machine form TUFTCO & COBBLE Company. They can produce artificial turf with width 2m, 4m 3.85m, and pile height 6-60mm, we have several machines with different gauge, 3/16”, 3/8”, 3/4”, 1/4”, 1/5”, 5/32”, 5/16”, 5/8”. The density of grass tufts can be around 6000-85000 tufts/m. The factory’s output can be 30000-50000sqm per day. Coating machine

The finishing coating machine is automatic. It adopts two layers gelatinization technology, which can eject glue, punching hole, gelatinizing and heating, carpet rolling at the same line. Product packing
